How do I change the cross-out rate?

You can view and change your cross-out/rack rate via the Agoda YCS extranet. Once logged in, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to Property

Step 2: Click on Room Setup

Step 3: Select the Room Type you would like to update

Step 4: Update the “Rack Rate” under Basic Information
